Before The Fire Kit and ClaimReady Vault are preparedness and organization tools from Bowman Web Services LLC. They help you photograph a home, list belongings, and keep notes. They are not legal, insurance, financial, engineering, construction, or emergency-management advice.

Safety comes first

Follow official local, state, and federal emergency guidance. If an evacuation order applies to you, follow the order. A checklist, vault, photo set, or paper binder does not make an unsafe structure safe. Do not stay in a mobile or manufactured home against official guidance.

Not a public adjuster

We do not prepare, file, negotiate, or settle insurance claims for you. We do not solicit public-adjusting work. If you need someone to represent you on a claim, hire a licensed public adjuster or an attorney. Verify coverage and claim questions with your insurer or licensed agent.

Document what is real

The point of the vault is to remember what you actually owned and what you actually did after damage. Do not invent items, inflate values, or fake a loss. Misrepresenting a claim can be fraud.

Software limits

Suggestions inside the app (including any “AI” labels) can be incomplete, generic, or wrong. An insurer does not have to accept your photos or CSV. Keep your own copies. Browser storage can be lost; export often.
